are the pictures on your website ACTUAL pictures of your manufacturer's products or pictures of THE REAL ONES? I ask this because I've been warned to look for watches with the time set at 10:10 are ALWAYS the pictures taken of the real watches not the ones you actually sell.

We usually allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. However, when an order exceeds a certain amount it is company policy to call the customer and go over the details with them on the phone before processing the order and passing it on to our warehouse for packaging and shipping. So depending on your availability at the phone numbers you provide the process of getting your order to you may take a little longer. However you could speed things up by either calling our customer support or getting in touch with the support via live chat from our site and have them call you.
We ship all of our orders with a low invoice value, under $50, and describe the contents as gifts or sample orders. This should make it so you do not have to pay any taxes. However, if for some reason taxes or tariffs are applied to your order, we are not responsible for these added costs.
