What is the difference in this COMEX and your other regular Black Submariner w/nylon band?

Rolex Submariner Black Watch (rl259) has a 46 x 41 mm. The Comex model has a 47 x 40 mm diameter. Also, the inscriptions on the face of the watches are different.

Not a perfect watch. Things that are great about it: heavy weight, nice clicking noise, it looks pretty close to the original.
Things that aren't so great about it: rotor noise is so loud when I shake it, excessive paint on the left side of the watch, the dial is not accurate (whenever I push it in after setting the time, the watch goes extra 1 minute), the date goes up by 1 when it's 11:45 instead of 12:00.
