Does it full functionally?

Sorry, Japanese automatic movement is without chronograph function, but quartz movement has.

Does the 2-24 hour circular dial in the middle work?

The GMT hand is functional with this model.

Something isn't right about the watch , does it show months?
Cos in the original it shows month using the hour numbers.
And also , do you set it via adjusting the bezel ?

Yes, you will have to adjust the watch, using the bezel.
