Yes, we ship to New Zealand.
We usually allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. However, when an order exceeds a certain amount it is company policy to call the customer and go over the details with them on the phone before processing the order and passing it on to our warehouse for packaging and shipping. So depending on your availability at the phone numbers you provide the process of getting your order to you may take a little longer. However you could speed things up by either calling our customer support or getting in touch with the support via live chat from our site and have them call you.
The issue with replicas is well basically a minor one; it is in fact as you say illegal to make an exact replica but it is a matter of copy rights or rather copy rights infringement. If you look in to this you will find that the law states that if copy rights are infringed it is the burden of the copy rights holder to take action with the infringer and that they would have to prove that you are making a profit infringing on their copy rights. As I am sure you can already assume this is no easy matter furthermore the replica industry is a very large one so there would be a lot of work for the brand name to peruse. On another note, if you sell a replica and try and pass it off as an original then you have crossed in to a much more serious issue of fraud.

how do you open and close the bracelet

This band has a hidden clasp so that it is not marred by a visible clasp and is more visually appealing. You can open a Rolex hidden clasp bracelet with relative ease.
Locate the hidden clasp on the Rolex band by running your fingers along the inside until your reach the edge of the clasp, which sticks up slightly.
Push gently upwards on the edge of the clasp to cause the clasp to snap upwards and release from the bracelet.
Push the clasp up as far as it will go so that it falls loose, allowing you to slip the bracelet from your wrist.

On this watch is the Benzel " truly" stainless steel? I purchased this same style watch a couple of year age (my watch is Day/Date) and the benzel was polished and when the polish came off it is an alloy metal not stainless steel. Also how can I obtain a stainless benzel for my watch?

As the name says Perfect Watch. Received the datejust a couple wks ago and couldn't be more pleased. I Have two real Rolex watches. One datejust and one date with president bracelet. I gave the datejust to my daughter and took the date in for services. The jeweler told me he would send the watch to Dallas for servicing and should be back within a few weeks and the cost for thst servicing would be 5 hundred dollars. I bought this one and put the date back in its box. After having worn a real Rolex for 25 years I know a Rolex watch. This datejust I received from perfect watches matches exactly my other two. Just what I wanted and more than I expec. The only negative thing I can say is that the processing of the order took a little longer than expected (about an extra week), but they were constantly updating me on the status so at least I was not in the dark. When the watch finally shipped notifications were spot on and shipping was fast. The watch itself is amazing. No one could tell that this is not the real thing. All good At the On my way! T. I was a bit weary of buying a replica watch at all in the first place. I'd usually rather not have something if it wasn't real. However after reading a lot if reviews I decided to buy one.
I tried a few genuine rolexs on in a local jewelers just a few day before and was very close to parting with a lot of money, but I held back and thought if just buy one of here and if it turns out bad I'll get the real one.
Got the watch in the post today and I must say the customer service is very good and easy to work with. The watch is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures on the site. I think if the guy in the shop handed me this one in with the others to try on I wouldn't have known.
The only thing i'm not so keen on is the clasp on this perticuler model may not be the strongest of them. Thec genuine one I tried had the other bracket and clasp so it's hard to say if it is any different from an original.
All in all very happy so far

Just received the watch today. I'm very dissapointed that the dial on the watch has the numbers scratched off.( between the 2 and 3 marker)

This should have been quality controlled since the watch dial is one of the most important feature of the watch and any flaws would be very noticeable.

I ordered this watch as a test if it was as described in your website and would be my basis for future orders. Because of this flaw I'm having second thoughts on ordering another.

Great watch. This watch was a present for my father's birthday and he loved it. He thought I had won the lottery because he couldn't tell it was a replica. I also purchased a box for it to add to the effect and it was a great gift. The only thing was the latch was tricky and a little difficult to open. Almost there.... Really like the look and feel. Clasp was very stiff in the first few days but then went very loose. So loose that the watch would unfasten if you clap or move you hand about too much! Currently awaiting a replacement clasp. This will be the real test...

Only other niggle the watch is gaining time. About 5 minutes ahead within a week of being set to the exact time.

I would be more unhappy had I spent more money on it and I still love the watch.

Is there a little crown engraved in the glass?

We respect all the markings that the genuine item comes with, so the watch will have the Rolex Crown that will be laser etched at the 6 o'clock mark and it will also have the ROLEX name, engraved on the inside part of the bezel, close to the face of the watch. Rolex. The watch is of real quality, an absolute bargain. Every time I wear it, people pay me compliments.
