will the gold fade in the long run?

Hi there,
With regards to the 'Rolex Datejust-en57761 (en57761)', could you please confirm what picture is actually true to the actual product. As the very first picture of this watch, the roman numerals are gold outlined & all of the other pictures the numerals are block gold. Ideally, i would want the block gold numerals.
If you could get back to me, that would be great!

On the en57761 the numerals are block gold; they may seem different but that is due to the light.
