I just had a question about shipping . When purchased is their a Guarantee that the watch will be delived ? is it a 100 % money back ? I have ordered other products from off shores before and some arrived and others did not .. Then when trying to recieve my money back for the items not recieved the company blamed u.s. customs for the missing items. I just want to be sure that your website will not use the same excuse if the product i order doesnt arrive

No matter how you pay, delivery, however is guaranteed! Which means that if a package is not delivered to you for any reason we will reship it at our own expense. We ship all our orders out with a tracking option, we do this so we can see the progress of the package real time via the shipping couriers web sites.
We will email you a tracking number as well. Delivery time will be 7 to 10 days from the time the item is mailed out.

Super watch. I have the real MCCoy but wanted a replica to travel with. Other than a couple very small differences you would never know the difference. The only down to this is that the strap & buckle are a bit difficult to break-in but I am sure this will ease with continued use. All in all very good for what I wanted it to be.

Exactly what I ordered. A bit of a concern about shipping however it arrived within the timeframe indicated. It would be a great option to have expedited shipping for those wanting it quicker. Watch arrived in good order. The manual was a bit off on the set up on the date setting but very easy to figure out. Overall the watch looks very nice and what you would expect for the price paid. This is my first replica and I believe moving forward I would opt for a real one. However anyone looking for a good replica I would recommend this site as they were very kind and delivered what was expected.

Is there a box and or manual for this watch included, or is it just loose without box? And can you assure that this watch is exactly the same as the one in the picture ? Because i bought this same watch on another site a while ago and they had the same pictures on theyre site but when i got it the watch had an ordinary watch closure and the bands where made of thich plastic fake leather and it had another back in the shape of a rim instead of the back with the text on. And i dont want this to happen again. So can you please confirm that the watch in the pictures is the one i will get if i buy it?

Hi! just wondering if its moving smoothly or thicking? also wondering what the main difference between the regular ones and the swiss-made is? are every swiss-made moving smoothly? (not ticking)

All the Automatic models in our collection are automatic. Yes, the watch will have a sweeping second hand as the watch is automatic., the movement inside the watch and the rotating gears will cause the second hand to move continuously. Automatic watches do not use batteries.
