The picture shows watch with Blue dial. Description sais Black dial. For clarification, which color dial is it?

The watch will come with a black dial. The sapphire crystal makes it look otherwise.

Are the roman numerals printed on the dial, or are they pieces of metal that have been applied/stuck to the dial? It's not clear from the pictures. Thanks
